Membership to Dawley Badminton Club is by invitation following a 3 week trial period. There is an annual membership fee which allows a discount to weekly or monthly court fees. Our maximum membership is limited to 30. If we are full, any interested parties can be added to our waiting list and contacted when spaces become available.
Badminton England Club Membership is compulsory for ALL players. It is the responsibility of each individual member to register and to pay the annual fees (currently around £12). NEW Members can play 3 times without BE Membership, but must register before attending any further club nights.
Dawley Badminton Club pay an annual affiliation fee to Badminton England. This together with individual member fees gives our club full insurance cover. This fee is paid by Dawley Badminton.
The current annual and weekly fees are detailed below and are current until October 31th 2024.
Please Note: We do not currently have a Junior (under 18) section.
Please Note: As a member of Dawley Badminton Club you can pay using any of the methods above. It's up to you but remember monthly fees are due on the first Tuesday of each month and are non-refundable, so if you're not sure...pay weekly! Similarly, if you choose to pay weekly on the first Tuesday of the month, then you must continue to pay weekly for that month.
